Terms of Use
These Terms govern access to the current NayVella pre-launch website and the submission of expressions of interest.
1. Operator and acceptance
This website is operated by Meridian Glow Company, a Saudi company based in Riyadh, under the NayVella name. By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit a form.
2. Pre-launch informational website
The website introduces the planned NayVella platform and gathers expressions of interest. It is not currently a marketplace, account service, checkout, subscription, consultation service, medical service, AI analysis tool, or virtual try-on service. Descriptions of planned capabilities are informational and may change before launch.
3. Expressions of interest
Submitting a form records interest only. It does not automatically create an account, reservation, subscription, order, partnership, employment, agency, professional listing, merchant onboarding, clinic or doctor approval, specialist approval, or customer acceptance. Meridian Glow Company may review, contact, request further information, decline, or take no further action.
4. No commercial relationship from a form
A form submission does not create a binding commercial relationship or marketplace transaction. Any future relationship will depend on separate due diligence, applicable licenses, agreed terms, and explicit acceptance by the relevant parties.
5. Eligibility and accurate information
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to use this website. Information submitted must be accurate, current, relevant, and yours or provided with proper authorization. Do not submit sensitive personal data or confidential third-party information unless specifically requested through an approved secure channel.
6. Permitted use
You may browse the website, share public links, and submit a genuine expression of interest for its intended purpose. You must comply with applicable Saudi law and respect the rights of Meridian Glow Company and others.
7. Prohibited use
- Submitting false, misleading, unlawful, infringing, harmful, or unauthorized information.
- Attempting to bypass Turnstile, consent controls, rate limits, access controls, or other security measures.
- Scraping at unreasonable volume, introducing malicious code, disrupting availability, impersonating another person, or probing systems without written authorization.
- Using website content or marks in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without permission.
8. Intellectual property
The NayVella name, logos, visual identity, copy, layouts, graphics, and other website materials are owned by or licensed to Meridian Glow Company and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you. Limited personal viewing does not grant a right to reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit the materials.
9. Third-party services and links
The website may rely on or link to third-party services, including Cloudflare security services and external contact or social channels. Third parties operate under their own terms and privacy notices. Links are provided for convenience and do not by themselves constitute endorsement.
10. Beauty, AI, and health information
Any beauty, skincare, smart-tool, AI, recommendation, or planned virtual-try-on information is general and informational. It is not medical diagnosis, treatment, clinical advice, or a guarantee of outcomes. Seek advice from a suitably licensed professional for a health concern.
11. Independent clinics and professionals
Clinics, doctors, merchants, specialists, and other providers referenced as potential future participants remain independent and responsible for their licenses, qualifications, statements, products, services, and professional decisions. Reference on this pre-launch website is not an endorsement or confirmation of activation.
12. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the website useful and secure but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may maintain, suspend, change, remove, or update website content and forms for legitimate operational, security, legal, or business reasons.
13. Disclaimers and liability
The website is provided on a reasonable “as available” basis for pre-launch information. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Meridian Glow Company is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on preliminary descriptions or from events outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or affects mandatory rights available under Saudi law.
14. Privacy and security
Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for using a secure device and connection and for avoiding unnecessary sensitive information in free-text fields.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably are subject to the competent courts or authorities in the Kingdom, without prejudice to mandatory rights or procedures under applicable law.
16. Amendments, language, and contact
We may update these Terms when the website or applicable requirements change. The effective date and version identify the current Terms. Arabic and English versions are intended to be consistent; if an interpretation difference arises, the Arabic version prevails to the extent permitted by law.
